(5) في حال رغبتك في تجديد إعلانك يجب اخبارنا وارسال المبلغ المخصص للإعلان قبل نهاية إعلانك الحالي بأسبوع على الأقل ، واذا لم يتم ارسال مبلغ الإعلان قبل هذه المده يحق لنا التصرف وتأجير المساحة لمستأجر آخر دون الرجوع الى المستأجر الحالي.
(6) لايحق للمعلن الغاء الاعلان واسترجاع المبلغ لأي ظروف كانت.
(7) الشروط والأسعار قابلة للتغير بأي وقت دون أن يترتب علينا أي تعويضات للمعلن في حالة رغبته في تجديد اعلانه.
(8) لمستأجري الفتحات الإجبارية يجب عدم وجود فتحه بالموقع الذي سوف تعلن عنه و ذلك لعدم ازعاج الزوار في حالة مخالفة هذا البند من الشروط يتم ايقاف الاعلان , بدون اي تعويض بالمدة المتبقيه من الاعلان .
(9) تلتزم ادارة المدونة باستمرار ظهور اعلانك وفي حالة توقف المدونة لاي سبب يتم تعويض المعلن بمدة مساوية عن المدة التي توقف بها المدونة
(10) ننصح بأن يكون البنر الاعلاني من نوع gif او jpg وذلك لان كثير من اجهزة الزوار لا تدعم مشغل الفلاش
